In the dying moments, sheer ecstasy broke out for Chelsea and caretaker boss Calum McFarlane as Enzo Fernández stabbed home a dramatic equaliser. The goal left Pep Guardiola howling at the heavens and provided the temporary Chelsea manager a unforgettable moment. On paper, Guardiola versus McFarlane was the Premier League's most pronounced managerial mismatch in class, making the memory of Fernández's crucial intervention one to warm the 40-year-old throughout his career.

A Glaring Contrast in Pedigree

On the home bench was the most decorated manager of his time, a man with 40 trophies for elite clubs Barcelona, Bayern Munich, and Manchester City, taking charge of his 1,012th match.
